Tonight begins the 2013-14 season of college sports hear in H-Town. Teams opening at home, are TSU vs North Texas, WSOC, 7pm, Durley Stadium, on campus. St Thomas Univ vs SAGU, MSOC, 7pm, HASP. So Kirby/Airport Blvd. No it's not what you're looking for right now but, it will have to suffice for today.
But, wait, the new football kid in town will have their final open scrimmage on Saturday, HBU Campus, 6pm, Dunham Field, corner of Beechnut/Fondren. Their inaugural season begins on Aug 31, at fellow Southland Conference foe Sam Houston State, 6pm, Huntsville, Tx.
