After what started out as a weather hindered first day. The clouds and rain moved out and action commenced once again. As ConferenceUSA Mens & Womens Track & Field Championship continued after an afternoon storm delay that altered the first day Decathlon and Heptathlon events and moving forward. Like someone mentioned during the course of the weekend. "It helps when you have folks, working with you that have done this many times before. It doesn't become a stress or strain on the system." And a good job they did. There was good track & field this weekend. As mentioned, by both the coaches of the men and women winning programs and dual sport athlete, (Football/Track) UH Cougar Tyron Carrier.
